New Castle Middle School Athletics

The NCMS Boys' Tennis team was narrowly defeated by Connersville 1-4. 4 out of the 5 varsity matches ended in third set tiebreakers. The doubles team of seventh grader Nolan Riggs and sixth grader Alex Aten won their second match of the season 4-2, 1-4, (10-5). Ethan Goforth also dominated his opponent 6-1, and the doubles team of sixth graders William Wallace and Colin Cronk beat their opponents handedly 6-2. The tennis team takes on Lapel at home this Saturday, September 6th at 10am at Luddy Tennis Center.
